The actual route aside from not seeing the front of Buckingham Palace was good. What really let the whole experience down was the headphone commentary. Our group found this to be childish and informative in any tangible way. This tour would be greatly improved if there was a continual commentary talking about all of the sites and places of interest that we passed. Scrap the quiz and the mindless banter. No one is interested.

Was quite hungry, as this was a very light lunch. I helped the kids eat their food which helped the hunger pains. Food was in small portions and well presented and very tasty. We had to pay for extra drinks such as water and teas etc. The bus is a little hot to begin with but the air con kicks in when on the move. It was a fabulous way to see London and the interior looked lovely and comfortable, even the toilet was nice . I would recommend booking on a special occasion. The staff member serving was very hospitable and did an excellent job juggling all the customers onboard.

The tour was great, the information you got through the earphones was very well presented and funny also very factual and some of it is common knowledge but a lot more that I didn’t know, would definitely do it again, and the fact that it tells you before coming to a stop is great and it also gives you tips of where to go when you get off. Never got the chance to do the river cruise (which I’m gutted about) but it does seem like a great experience. Definitely recommend this tour bus and guide.
