we booked the Big Bus hop on hop off through Get Your Guide. Our tickets were cheaper than booking directly and there was no difference with the service received. The bus guide scanned our Get Your Guide ticket and gave us our bus tickets. Great service, discounted rate, all round winner. The bus tour itself was really good, it was a rainy Friday so it was perfect for getting around NYC, we did the whole tour first time and then got off at the various stops on our second time round. the recorded guide on the bus was really good and the stops included on this tour were really good.
