What to Expect
In the early morning, you’ll be met either at the Eilat airport or your hotel in the city, and be taken on a drive to the Dead Sea region, stopping first at Masada. Spend the day enjoying spectacular views, an ancient fortress, and a dip in the mineral-rich Dead Sea.
Israel’s Mount Masada is the site of an ancient fortress dating back to the time of King Herod. The journey to the impressive mountaintop site can be made by foot, following a 2.5-kilometer trail up the side of the mountain, or by cable car (included in the tour price), with incredible views of the area on the way up.
