Pre-book your entry ticket to the Ancient Theater of Taormina and enjoy the added perk of skip-the-line entry privileges. Take a stirring journey through the archaeological ruins and enjoy the freedom to explore at your own pace. After the one of Syracusa, the Ancient Theater of Taormina is the largest building for shows in the Italian Peninsula. The archaeological site offers the opportunity to step back into the past as well as enjoy the views of the surrounding landscapes. The Greek building, built in a dominant position, dates back, by layout, to the III-II century B.C., but the monument you can admire today appears in the forms acquired in the roman imperial age under the emperor Trajan or Hadrian. It becomes an amphitheater under the emperor Caracalla and, in the same period, the orchestra was converted into an arena to host gladiator fights. After centuries of neglect, in 1465, part of the monument was used as a palace of residence of the Zumbo family.

Couldn’t ask for a better wine tasting! My fiancée and I are both wine lovers and were craving local wines while in the area for the day. Catalina (owner) guided us through the tasting. She talked us through each one and offered amazing food pairings for each wine we tried. The location is also great as it was located on a more quiet street where you could relax, not be overcrowded, and enjoy the company and amazing experience!!! 10/10

This tour is a once in a lifetime experience. Luca is an amazing guide with a lot of knowledge about local hidden places. He is a safe driver and experienced guide. This tour is highly recommended - you should be able to swim and you also walk a bit. Wearing proper shoes is a must do. We did the tour with two ten years old boys. They loved the adventure! But they are great swimmers and walkers.

A fantastic experience, cannot recommend it enough! We were lucky enough to be with only two other wonderful couples and has great group chemistry. Daphne (the guide) was amazing, funny and extremely knowledgeable about a lot of things. We would do it again just to hangout with her.

Amazing views, really interesting to learn about the geological history of Etna! Saro, our guide, was fabulous…highly recommend!

Incredible! Humberto was an excellent guide. Would definitely recommend!!
