What to Expect
In the early morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and drive you to Sharm Airport to Cairo Upon your arrival in Cairo you will meet your knowledgeable and friendly English speaking tour guide.

Your first visit is to Museum of Egyptian Antiquities which houses 165,000 Egyptian artifacts, but the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamun are the highlight. His six gilded coffins dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the star attraction. Your guide will introduce you to the museum's most important pieces before you have free time to explore at your leisure. The second most frequently visited and certainly and one of the most important attractions in Cairo is the Egyptian Museum. You may also choose to visit the Mummy's room at the Egyptian Museum for a background about the Egyptian civilization and the mummification art in ancient Egypt (not included).

Next we will take you to the the major sites, including The Great Pyramids of Giza. From the ancient Greek-listed Seven Wonders of the World, the amazing pyramids at Giza are the planet’s oldest tourist attraction! Known as Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, the pyramids were already more than 2,000 years old when Herodotus the Greek historian visited them (5th century BC). A highly skilled corps of mathematicians, masons, surveyors and stonecutters did the job of building the Pyramids. 100,000 slaves were used to carry out the backbreaking task of moving and laying the stones of the largest pyramid-Cheops. About 2.5 million limestone blocks, quarried locally and weighing in excess of 6 million tones, were used in the construction of Cheops. This human headed lion was originally built in honor of the sun god Re-Horakhty. Our excursions to Cairo are a once in a life time experience. Finally, we will drive you back to Cairo Domestic Airport where you will catch a flight to Sharm El Sheikh. One of our representatives will meet you in Sharm to drive you back to your hotel.
