We loved this experience, loved it so much that we lost track of time and missed our train back to Madrid. The market tour gave us a sense of local/national specialties. The cooking instruction was great because Victor offered both fun anecdotes + practical cooking advice (I finally know how to properly carmelize onions!). I was worried the menu (salmorejo, spinach with chickpeas, paella) would be boring but the simplicity itself became motivating to try it ourselves at home.
