What to Expect
Cycle the famous "Ruta del Agua" (“Water Route”) on the outskirts of Seville, and discover a landscape of farming communities, livestock, and green mountains.
The 5-hour tour starts and ends in the village of Guillena, and covers 14 kilometers (8.4 miles) of restricted trails, where you will find one of the greatest ecological zones that can only be explored on foot, horseback, or by mountain bike.
Ride along the banks of the Huelva and Cala, whose channels and reservoirs of El Jergal and Contraembalse Guillena supply energy and clean water to Seville and its metropolitan area. The area is of vital strategic importance to the province, and a natural treasure chest of wild flowers and animals.
Admire an abundance of rich colors, sounds, and scents in the foothills of the Sierra Morena. The route is suitable for all levels of experience, and everyone is provided with a high quality mountain bike and helmet for convenience.
