3. From Rhodes: Bus Tour to Lindos and the Seven Springs

Seven Springs (stay1hour). One of the most charming destinations on Rhodes, Seven Springs offers a cool, magical landscape, a real oasis, even in the heat of high summer, swamped in greenery. Waters come out from the springs all year around, which end up in a small lake. You get to the lake walking through a narrow tunnel of 186m. The lake exists thanks to a dam built by the Italians. Lindos, (stay 3 hours) one of the most scenic and definitely amongst the most popular destinations on the island of Rhodes, lies within a mere 55 km drive from the City of Rhodes. Once in Lindos, you will have the opportunity to wander through the narrow, picturesque streets of the township, discovering the multitude of small, immaculately whitewashed traditional houses carved in the rocks of the hill dominated by the imposing citadel. While in the settlement, indulge in some shopping at the various shops, a refreshment at some café or even lunch at a traditional tavern. Your wanderings will later bring you to the Byzantine church of Our Lady of Lindos. The discovery path goes on, bringing you up the steps that lead to the Citadel – unless you’d rather climb by “taxi” – a local euphemism for one of the docile donkeys that may just as well carry you up to this famous site. Not the climbing type? Then, how about a refreshing plunge in the crystal-clear waters of Lindos beach!!!

What people are saying about Seven Springs Valley, Rhodes

A very beautiful day, with the discovery of the seven springs and Lindos, Cristina is adorable and kind we loved listening to her tell us the history of the island of Rhodes and in addition we reserved the acropolis she accompanied us for give us a visit with the explanations at the top!!

Super fun combination, nature, culture and an idyllic town with one of the most beautiful bays in Rhodes. Transport was fine. Only the sound of the guide on the bus was a bit soft, so it was sometimes difficult to follow. Nothing else to complain about, perfect!

Christina was a great tour guide and George a great driver! Such good value for money considering how much exploring you get to do - would highly recommend for anyone staying north of the island to explore Lindos without a car

Very warm welcome, perfect visit despite the linguistic difficulties (we understand English randomly). Beautiful place and perfect and very affordable eating place. I recommend this activity!

Excellent day transportation and driver was very good our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The day gave us more than we expected and would thoroughly recommend.
