Know before you go

  • The itinerary details will be confirmed with you 3-5 days before your departure via WhatsApp.
  • Pick-up vehicles, either Solati or Starex/Staria, will be assigned based on the number of participants.
  • Please note that the driver does not enter any attractions visited.
  • The total service duration is 5/10 hours, from the meet-up point to the drop-off location.
  • Overtime charges (including extended durations at spots, traffic jams, etc.) will be in cash: KRW 25,000 per hour, and for groups of 11-14, KRW 50,000 per hour.
  • The driver will make every effort to find free parking. For paid parking, charges will be claimed with you based on the receipt (please settle in cash at the end of the tour, if any).

Friendly and helpful guide. Everything went smoothly according to plan. It’s so much more convenient especially if you are planning to do some shopping as you can leave your purchased items in the car and hop on and off at the various places you want to go without the hassle of carrying all your shopping bags around.

Having a private tour van is very convenient since you get to choose places that you prefer. We highly recommend this, and having Marcos as our driver who is very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful, made our tour so unforgettable. Kudos to him, because we really get to enjoy Seoul City Day tour! We’ll definitely avail a private van again from this site, when we come back to South Korea and explore other places.

Marcos was absolutely phenomenal! He helped us get tickets at the palace, searched for an open famous chicken restaurant for lunch, goggled us a pharmacy when my mom shoulder started hurting, opened doors, and helped us communicate to the hanbok rental. Overall amazing and highly recommend booking with this company and ask for Marcus!
