Head off to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and see the strip of land between North and South Korea that symbolizes a decades-long conflict and an important chapter of world history.

Start your tour Imjingpak Park, situated only 7 km from the Demarcation Line, a tribute to the Korean War. Visit its observatory, monuments, and the Freedom Bridge, which was used to transport 13,000 prisoners home after the war.

Continue to the Third Infiltration Tunnel, discovered in 1978, and witness an incomplete tunnel built by North Korea into the South that was denounced by the UN.

Very informative and interesting tour. The tour company, and Amy in particular, was very helpful after out trip got rescheduled due to coronavirus and lack of people signed up for our slot, and were very helpful when we had difficulties organising a collection point. Our actual tour guide for the trip, Ko, was great. The tour was well organised, and she helped us understand the historical and cultural significance of what we were seeing, and was very humorous throughout it.

Had a great time!

We ran into an issue where the DMZ was unexpectedly closed on the day of my scheduled tour, and the tour partner in Seoul was able to find space on a tour the day after. Our guide, Sonya, was very informative, telling us about the history between the two countries on the way to each area, I really appreciated how in depth she got. You dont get too long in each area, but I heard that each group is only allowed a maximum time for each, so it's out of their control. The ginseng centre stop does suck as in it's obviously necessary and just a cash grab by the company, but it lasts for maybe 20 mins so it's a necessary delay. Had a really great time over all, thank you so much to Sonya for being so well informed and a delight to learn from, I walked away with a sense of hope for the future of Korea.

Great experience!

We received a meeting point and time to get picked up early in the morning (about 7:25am). Chloe was our guide and she was very friendly and informative! Her English was good. We went to all the location mentioned in the website description. Everything was timed up but it was not stressful at all we had plenty time to enjoy the visit. We were back in Seoul at 2pm.
