Overall rating

I booked the day before on the site and we were very well received by the tourism agency (insider city tours & excursions). Our guide Omar (speaking impeccable French) was just “excellent”, young, dynamic and who knew transmit to us the love and knowledge he has of his country. Clear explanations of the history of the city, the country and religions. I recommend this formula to everyone.

Our guide Tarek showed us unusual places such as the bridge on which Archduke Francis Joseph was assassinated, the mosque, the Catholic church, the Orthodox church, the wooden fountain, the caravanserai and the souk. Magnificent because in addition to seeing these sites, he punctuated them with comments and amusing anecdotes. Very good, thank you Tarek.

Our guide (almost certain his name is spelled Ahmed) was fantastic! We asked a bunch of obscure questions, and I think there is nothing he couldn’t answer. The van was roomy and clean. Hie explanation about the tunnel and the city and the siege brought everything to life. A great way to spend an afternoon!!

Our guide was excellent, although he was not born till after the war his indepth knowledge and non judgemental approach to the complexness of the war was very enlightening. I would highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful tour, very well organised, our guide Nerina was excellent, engaging and very helpful!
