The trip was so beautiful! Our guide, Ruben, and our driver, Carlos, did an amazing job. The guide knew so much about the forest and the Island, gave us planty of time for pictures and many stops to enjoy the nature. The walk was not hurried at all and we stopped for coffee/break before and after the walk. We spent almost 40 minutes at the waterfall and it was stunning! The members of the group that did not have raincoats or flashlights received the equipment from the organizers. The guide was very patient with everybody. Make sure to have hiking shoes or good sneakers, water and a raincoat. I would recommend this tour to anyone, be prepared for a long, easy walk, yet very rewarding! The nature on this levada really looks like a Jungle and the waterfall is incredible.

The driver showed up at the appointed time at the hotel lobby with a newer clean and comfortable car. He recommended a list of places to visit and these matched well with the list I made from my own research. We decided on a route to see many of them in one day. The driver obviously know the island very well because he can always find parking and negotiate around heavy traffic at scenic sports. We made stops for tea and lunch at wonderful locations. Along the way, we asked many questions and learned much about Madeira. The driver was helpful and courteous the whole time. This activity is highly recommended.

We really liked the Ferreira guide. He explained everything to us about the places and about bikes too. Sensational tour, with incredible views. There are stops in beautiful places for photos and to go to the toilet. We think a minimum of physical preparation is necessary, as electric bikes help a lot, but they don't do the job alone.

This was an incredible tour. Our guide was fantastic and he did a phenomenal job showing us all the sites and making sure we were moving around the island in a timely manor. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to see the entire island.

From the high-end e-bikes to the local knowledge and incredible views. This trip was the highlight of our week in Madeira! Our guide was sensitive to our fitness levels and kept the pace with plenty of stops to enjoy the amazing scenery. I highly recommend this tour and especially this company!
