I was primarily looking for a sunset cruise. This activity included that and then some. We were picked up by a bus near our hotel, which was really convenient. We boarded the boat with no problem. The boat was a neat wooden boat with lots of room to sit on the second level, inside or in the outdoor back, which is by the bar. The first stop was at the volcano. You can get off to hike to the top. There was a fee to enter. The second stop was for the hot springs. You can jump off the boat or climb down the ladder. You have to swim to get to the hot springs. People said it was more of a warm springs. The third stop was to park and eat a buffet dinner. We then did a slow cruise back to watch the sunset. You can see Oia from below and get some great shots of the beautiful town. Dada, our guide was great. Friendly and spoke 7 languages! I would have liked to have seen more of a description online. I really only wanted to see the sunset and could have foregone the other activities.

The cruise in itself very good except that the guide in English was incomprehensible So we saw, very beautiful, nice, but absolutely nothing understood of what was explained The little swim break where everyone can dive from the boat 30 minutes is useless the Therasia break could be longer. The sunset very well.

We were extremely disappointed on day that our cruise was originally booked as bus didn’t arrive to pick us up at appointed place. We waited for 90 mins and as it was a present for a friends birthday it was most annoying! We were informed that it was a mix up with local tour bus. After a few phone calls we rearranged a cruise for a couple days later. Again bus was 45 mins late so we were very concerned and had to make contact with local tour operator but delay was due to heavy traffic this time . Once we boarded the bus and subsequently cruise boat ,everything was perfect. The crew were very attentive and pleasant,the meal very tasty and plentiful ,wine flowed,music great. Our swim in thermal waters was glorious,trip to volcanic island well organized and sunset amazing. Overall I would highly recommend it but please ensure better coordination with local pickup and update customer in this regard.
