Full description
Begin in the historic colonial part of the city, which is a recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the stroll, visit the Palace of Diego Columbus, the historic museum Casas Reales, the Palace of the first Governor, the Cathedral, and the Colon Park. Walk on Calle Las Damas, which was the first cobblestone street, and stroll down the pedestrian street El Conde.  After lunch, visit the places of interest outside the old city district. Take a ride to the east side of the city to the famous light tower Faro a Colón, which is a Mausoleum rumored to entomb Christopher Columbus. Then visit the cave system Los Tres Ojos with subterranean courses of rivers and dripstone caves.
