Very good! Would have given this tour a 5 stars if they were able to pick up passengers at the port vs having to catch the port shuttle for 5 euros pp each way out to the city to join the bus tour. On the way to Florence there was an accident on the highway and we were at a standstill for close to an hour. Tuscany bus tour still gave us 3 hours to explore Florence (still not enough time) than we headed to Pisa. Since the tour was running late returning to town they took us directly to the cruise port which was really nice.
The excursion was well handled. The guide was well informed and conveyed many interesting facts to us. We did Rome the next day with your company and was extremely unhappy. I reserved what you describe as a “BUS” tour of Rome.. we actually walked a measured 8.5 miles! False advertising. I am a 79 yr. old & this was extremely difficult for me. I will be sure to advise friends and other travelers NOT to book your company.
Martina gave clear and informative communications- what to see, what to be aware if, history and hoe to navigate around. The bus was very clean and Lino was an excellent driver. It is a long trip but definitely worth it and made very special by Martina and Lino. Thank you.
Very punctual and pleasant staff!! We were concerned with booking a non-cruise ship excursion based on the distance we were traveling from Livorno to Florence. This team delivered! Departures were as stated and we were back onboard our ship stress free!
Drive was nice but it would have been helpful if the guide would have helped us book our tour of the David statue in Florence, we were rushed and booked the wrong tour as she didn't help us.
