This five-hour walking tour covered the key sites in Naples. The tour guide was informative and interesting. I felt bad for her having to give the tour in both English and Italian, especially because it was so long. She tried hard to please everyone on the tour. She did a great job. I booked the VIP tour for 8 people or less in English. As not enough people signed up for that tour, World Tours moved me to the dual language group tour of 14 and refunded the difference in price. I booked the tour the night before and they notified me at 7:30 am about that change to my 8:30 am tour. The tour took longer because the guide had to translate everything. One person even left the tour for that reason. While I am glad I did the tour, next time I will book a private or small group with another company that does not have any minimum tour size and conducts the tour only in one language to ensure that I get the tour I booked.
