It was an overview tour. I understand that because of the number of sites to be seen, it was not possible to go into the notable places. There would have to be separate tours for the various castles turned museums. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Initial explanation was the difficulty in not being able to have our tour run chronologically. Different sites constructed and used at different times wouldn't allow for things to be orderly. This was fine. Our guide knew the town, sites and their history. He was also very helpful in just getting around, using the train and the buses.

The castle and grounds were beautiful, as was the surrounding area. We appreciated the headsets with English offered. We have been to castles with no guides or headsets and didn’t get nearly as much out of them.

Our guide Jasmine was very informative, happy to help with questions, lovely personality, humorous and simply a delight!

Reuben was super knowledgeable and friendly. Could not ask for a better guide and a tour from Berlin to Potsdam

The number of attractions on the ticket made it exceptional value for money
