The tour was very well organized. The driver was very good and polite. The guide was very good too, helpful, knowledgeable and organized the group very well. The other tourists on the tour were friendly and cool. The lunch was at a scenic restaurant by a lake and the food/and coffee was very tasty. Overall, very happy about it!

The Grayline CR staff always kept in touch with me via email. However, when booking a tour through this page, one chooses the date (available), pays and then the operator communicates with the passenger explaining that they have not met the minimum number of participants and the tour is in standby, which is awkward.

Great location close to San José

This tour was led by Ricardo! The visit to Irazú was very impressive, we were at the crater early before the crowds arrived! The guide did his job very well and passed on a lot of information, but his hobby was more the Lancastergarten which I was less interested in. I was disturbed by the partly rehearsed phrases, how great it is to be there as a tourist and how great it is to be able to show the tourists everything!
