Well especially the transport pass in fact

Good The essential transport pass in San Francisco and what a joy to take the Cable Car without counting. The Science Museum and the Exploratorium are especially interesting for children or if you are passionate about science with a perfect command of English. The Monterey aquarium is in my opinion just good (children can touch stingrays that's the little extra) but we have aquariums in France that are very well worth it. The cruise is fun, but the audio guide in French did not work. To summarize these PASS are very nice if you travel with children otherwise good but really nothing more.

"If you're going to San Francisco..." get this pass!

The 9-Day CityPASS gives you admission to 4 unmissable attractions and unlimited public transport in San Francisco. The California Academy of Sciences is definitely the best of the attractions, but each of them are worth forking out for the inclusive pass. It means that you make sure to get around everything when you visit. I didn't manage to hop on the cable car because of the HUGE queues but I still enjoyed the trolleys running up and down Market Street. There's also discount vouchers included in the booklet for shopping which I used when at Macy's. Top tip: when you board the Blue & Gold Ferry, stand on the Port (left) side of the ship, as it travels along the coast northwards first, and standing on the other side you miss the views.

highly recommendable

The card was ideal for us as it included all public transport, including the cable car. And on top of that a boat trip, the aquarium and loads more.
