The transfer worked really well. We were given information in advance with pictures of the meeting point, so we knew straight away where to sit. The driver was already waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. It was really relaxing for us not to have to worry about where to get a taxi and how much to pay for it (they often ask for an absolutely excessive price). If we do a trip like this again, we will definitely book the transfer in advance and with GYG.

Due to an incident we arrived in Bangkok 6 hours later. I had informed them via WhatsApp that our flight number had changed. Great service. When we arrived at the airport the man was already there with the piece of paper with my name on it. I would book it again anytime.

We used this service 4 times during our trip to Bangkok. They were always punctual, precise. They also contacted us via whats app to get clarifications on flight times. More than fair price. Absolutely recommended!

Easy to find the attendant with a sign and our name and minimal waiting time. Clean and comfortable vehicle
