Maria, led by Liesl, walked down the aisle to meet the baron in front of the stairs of the main altar. After dropping you off in Salzburg at the end of the tour you can visit Mirabell Gardens, located just opposite the tour terminal. What people are saying about Salzburg

My wife dragged me to this sound of music tour, but I have to admit that this was quite a fun experience. Obviously it helps if you are a fan of the movie, but even someone who has not watched the movie like me can appreciate the terrific views, some great nature pics and the movie trivia that comes along. The guide did his best to keep us entertained and he succeeded. I would definitely do this again.

This tour was my favourite part from our trip to Austria. It was very well organised. The places we visited during the tour were phenomenal and unforgettable. Even if you have no idea of the movie, you will still enjoy the beautiful scenery and places visited during this tour. Highly recommend this to everyone visiting Salzburg.
