We were a group of 3 travelling in January 2020 and lucky enough to be the only ones on this tour. The bonus of travelling in winter and booking small group tours. Chiara was our guide for our tour. She was amazing. Full of stories and interesting facts. She even climbs the Dome with you and tells you about the stories depicted in the paintings.

Historically significant and wonderfully preserved. Tip: the home audio guide makes the visit more relaxed, as it is a tablet that you have to carry in your hand. Even if the guide is well done, I found the videos rather annoying as they distract from the halls.
The care is very secure (covid); normal. But it is fast and of high quality. Visit in 2 stages. First the tower, in small groups. Splendid view of the city. Tiring, but worth it. Then the museum: very beautiful pieces
A beautiful place to visit. Interesting details and stories that I wouldn’t know without our guide Giulia.
Nice to be able to go straight to ticket booth without queuing. Guide was excellent. Palazzo fabulous.
Fabulous tour! Chiara was so knowledgeable and friendly. Strong recommend.
