The tour started out really well and we enjoyed the information provided through out the trip. We liked the ideal of being able to get on and off at will, but only used that privilage one time. The problem came when one of their drivers did not understand regulations concerning hand caped passengers and their service dog. I was through off the bus because I could not climb the stairs to the upper deck of the bus, when the entire handcape area was wide open. The next bus came by 40 minutes later and we were able to board and return to the start of the ride.

It is a most . We went with our teens and we enjoy every second . It is self guided . The route is beautiful and well explained. You go at your own pace exploring the streets of this wonderful city . I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a true feel of this great city .
Excellente tour!!! Just get to the plae early, is better for the line. They went over how to use the gocar, they were kind and professional. I was nervous at the beginning but later is turns super easy. Definitely recommend if you want to go around the city and have fun.
I love so so much beside a few minor tweaks it’s was awesome Will definitely spread ref word and if ever in SF again will definitely do again.
