Phillip our guide was very knowledgable and answered all our questions on numerous topics. It was very cold and snowy on the roads yet he drove us safely around Krakow the whole time allowing us to take photos and even for my friend to climb Krakow mound. There was only myself and my friend on our golf buggy tour and Philip made sure we were kept warm and the doors were zipped up every time we got back into the golf buggy. He is an asset to your company. 👍🏼

The Segway tour was unfortunately cancelled due to the heavy snow in Krakow, however our guide (Artur) asked if we wanted to walk the route instead. I’m glad we did as it was an excellent way to learn of the history of the old city. Artur was a very knowledgeable and experienced guide who held our attention throughout. It was a shame about the segways but there is always the next time!

It was much more than expected. Due to a low season my dad was the only tourist willing to know about Krakow and even though initially we have bought a ticket to a group tour, a full scale walk was given to him. My dad was so impressed with attention and the volume of materials. Well done. ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Christopher? the guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the sites and history of Krakow, he took us to many lovely buildings. Enjoyable walk made even more impressive as we were the only 3 guests. Would recommend as an introduction to Krakow.

Thomasz was informative and knew his history. He added a few additions to that of the advertisement which was a bonus.
