Explore Madrid’s past and see its contemporary side as well on this comprehensive 3.5-hour sightseeing bus tour. The excursion begins with a visit to the Royal Palace, at one time the residence of the Spanish royal family.
Built in the 18th century, this is one of the most beautiful palatial complexes in Europe. See the Plaza de Oriente, the Sabatini Gardens, and the Campo del Moro. Inside you'll discover beautiful porcelains, tapestries, furniture, armor, and paintings.
Drive through the courtesan district of the Habsburgs, featuring the Renaissance and Baroque buildings of Phillip II. You’ll find similarities with the architecture of the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de la Villa.
Visit the Madrid of the Borbons. See the Cibeles and Neptuno fountains and the Puerta de Alcala. Admire the works of Jose Bonaparte, such as the elegant Plaza de Oriente and the Prado Museum.
