Welcome/Willkommen! Our Bike Tour gives you a summary of Stockholm in just a few hours. You will feel well informed about the "Capital of Scandinavia" afterwards and ready to start exploring on your own. We learn about Stockholm's dark past and colorful present, as we enjoy the beautiful architecture around us and breathtaking water surroundings. From our starting point at Odenplan it takes us 15 minutes to get to the Old Town and Riddarholmen Island, where we pass by the oldest building in Stockholm. 3,5 out of the 4 hours described is therefore actual tour time. Finishing point will be at the same as starting/meeting point. After leaving the Old Town and the Royal Palace behind us, we experience the beautiful National Park of Djurgården where we bike past the ABBA Museum, the Vasa, and many more sights along the way. After taking a well deserved break at the lovely Rosendal Garden, we hop back up on our bikes and explore the Paris-inspired boulevards of Östermalm, the fancier residential area filled with beautiful architecture, where we make a stop at the famous Östermalm Food Hall (oldest in Stockholm). Of course, we make time for the City area including the Parliament, Royal Opera House, Royal Theatre, as well as the Raoul Wallenberg Square (Swedish WWII hero). For the Nature interested, we pass by both of the two main ports downtown with boats departing to the massive Stockholm archipelago, consisting of more than thirty thousand islands. For the Shopping interested, we also cover the different Shopping areas downtown! We mix active biking with plenty of stops along the way, for you to catch your breath and take memorable pictures. Your group will enjoy two short "Fika" breaks along the way and your guide will have a speaker attached to his/her bike, playing our playlist from Spotify (Swedish company!) filled with famous Swedish bands and songs between the stops. Welcome/Willkommen! Our City Walking Tour gives you a quick summary of Stockholm City in just 90 minutes. You will learn new things about Stockholm's past and present, as we enjoy the breathtaking architecture and beautiful water surroundings. After this tour, you will understand why we call our city "the Capital of Scandinavia"! Your guide will meet you in front of the Royal Palace (Skeppsbron street), close to the bridge named "Strömbron". After introducing the Royal family and Swedish monarchy we walk over the bridge towards the Grand Hotel, enjoying the view of one of the two main ports downtown (Strömkajen) with boats departing to the archipelago islands. Did you know the Stockholm archipelago consists of more than 30 000(!) islands? After passing by the National Gallery and getting a nice view of Djurgården National Park (ABBA museum & the Vasa) from a distance, we head over to the Royal Theatre and Raoul Wallenberg Square that both are located at the second main port (Nybrokajen). We later proceed to walking back to where we came from, passing by both the Parliament and the Royal Opera. We took a full tour on the bus to get an overall picture. What a great city. The explanations were in different languages. The technology worked. Everything was great.

Fun, The guides are very nice. Throws await you if the temperature is low. the tour lasts 1 hour, and we loved the way the bus re-entered the water.
