This tour was absolutely amazing! Our guide went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had an unforgettable experience. On the day of the tour, the company reached out to let us know there was only a 40% chance of seeing the northern lights and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We decided to take our chances—and we’re so glad we did! Since it was overcast in Finland, our guide drove an incredible three hours to Sweden to find clear skies, where we were treated to breathtaking views of the northern lights. But he didn’t stop there! Afterward, he took us to another spot where we saw even more lights and had the unique opportunity to walk on a frozen lake. He dedicated 9 hours to making sure we had the best experience possible, and it was truly priceless.

Shihab’s tour was fantastic! Despite tough odds, we were lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights. He really focused on the weather/ cloud coverage to make sure we see them. It could be a short trip or a long trip up to 6 hours so be prepared! But no matter how long the trip is, he will be determined to make sure you see the lights. If the weather is looking very bad he will communicate with you and cancel the tour. His passion for both the lights and photography resulted in amazing, unforgettable photos. I highly recommend! The only negative thing was that my Partner and I got split up in the car because we were the last ones to get picked up. It was a bit of a shame as we booked this tour to be together and experience together… but not the end of the world :)

We had to change location several times but finally we managed to see them!!! Ilker, our guide, was very kind, he took many photos of us and his driving seemed very safe, which was something that worried me before booking the excursion with those snowy roads.
