2 hours, a lot of trouble

We just booked the tour of the Keukenhof because of the tour. It should start at 10.45 from The Hague. A minibus arrived on May 11th. We reported to the tour guide and sat down. Unfortunately the minibus was overbooked. After long back and forth, 2 people had to be brought behind by taxi. this delayed the descent even further and we could start at 11.41. Shortly before half past twelve we were at the Keukenhof and after we received our tickets we were told that the return trip was 3 p.m. Less than 3 hours is simply not enough for this experience. Nothing with 6 hours. 15.00 on time for the meeting, the tour guide and we looked for the bus together. for this we were wrong in the parking lot until we found the bus. There was now a larger bus available, but the air conditioning was broken and there were no windows for ventilation. All guests complained. Even the driver was sweating

Never picked us up on The Hague

Don't book this tour, especially if you are expecting to be picked up in The Hague. They left is stranded there. I called, they said I'm sorry but the driver for some reason did go there. Probably because there were only two of us there. No excuse! Luckily, we were going to be in Amsterdam on Monday so they moved us to that date. But what if we had not had that day? We would have missed out on the flower fields. Do not trust these people.
