The tub, water temperature, location and surroundings were amazing. The lady on reception didn’t seem too happy to attending to us or something. We are non-alcohol drinkers and needed some suggestions with what to order in our tub and she flat out told us she had no idea cause she just drank water. I thought she just wasn’t into the big customer experience but then I noticed her with some other customers and she was all “HI GUYS HOWS IT GOING”. So maybe it was us. Anyway, the younger lad on duty was way more into it :)

Sean was an awesome guide, funny and has a great sense of humor. Some of the "dad jokes" he says sarcastically are really well scripted and adds great value to the trip. Got to be the best trip I've ever been on and I've done most of NZ

Staff were very helpful and made sure safety was top priority. They definitely helped made us feel comfortable and at ease before we went up. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

A lot of pools to choose from which was fantastic. I did enjoy going during the week as you have less people there and more time to soak in the pools which was really relaxing.

Not what my teenage children expected!! They absolutely loved it! 100% recommend but not at peak times. Better to go early in the morning to get decent pictures.
