  • St. Peter’s Basilica will not be included in the "Sistine Chapel First Entry & Vatican Museums" option.
  • All visitors must pass through airport-style security; during the high season this can take up to 30 minutes despite our priority entrance.
  • St Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we can offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums; While we aim to tell our guests ahead of time if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours, this is not always possible and in these cases refunds or discounts are unavailable.
  • On Wednesdays, due to the Papal Audiences, access to St Peter's Basilica is not possible until 1:00 PM.

Our Guide was amazing! She had a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend doing the tour. You will learn more than you ever could by reading about it and going through on your own. It’s the little things that you learn from your guide that the general public doesn’t know. Those are the things make your experience special and are the details that stick with you. It was a great experience!

Fantastic tour for my family and I (my wife and I plus 2 sons - ages 13 and 18). Very well organised and hassle free from start to finish. Our guide - the lovely Laura - was very attentive and very knowledgeable. She also guided us through any particular hot situations on a very hot day - finding seating and shade whenever possible. The whole tour lasted over 3hrs but at no stage did it drag or did any member of my family lose interest - in fact the boys commented at the end how interesting the whole tour was - big compliment to Laura as anyone with teenage boys will know how hard they can be to please sometimes!! Highly recommend the express skip the line part of this tour, as the queues when we arrived (approximately 8.40 am) we're already winding down the street to the entrance!We walked straight to the front and in we went. The St Peter's visit at the end brought things nicely to a finish and we were able to take the trip up to the top of the dome, not incl in trip but worth it

We visited the Vatican City on a week long trip to Rome amazing time there. We booked a tour on line before leaving home which was the best thing in our minds, it get you fast tracked into the museums and basilica. No problems meeting your guides their well spotted and get you booked in and given headphones so as to hear all the info which was given, there's alot to listen to,but our guide Stella gave and absolutely stunning story with clear speach and information. The tour was very well organised and they keep tabs on you so you don't get lost in the hundreds of people. If was very busy even out of season February. It's a long tour so wear comfy shoes and don't carry heavy bags. There's plenty of photos to take except in the Sistine chapel which is not aloud not talking either but some people just don't understand that instruction,which is annoying in the holiest of places. best tour ever and will use Get your guide again on our next city break. Thank you.
