  • Disabled visitors and a guest receive free entry to the Vatican Museums. To benefit from this, make sure you mention it at the time of booking (or at least 1 week in advance) so that staff may handle your request
  • You must cover your shoulder and your knees during this tour
  • There is no access to St. Peter's Basilica on tours after 2:30 PM, on Wednesdays, and on closing days set by the Vatican.
  • Meeting time is subject to change you can receive a call or message from the activity provider. Please notify your correct phone number and country code.
  • In peak season, due to the high number of visitors, it might take extra time to go through the security check and to collect the Vatican headsets which are compulsory.
  • Please note that during Easter and Christmas time the fast access to the Basilica can't be guaranteed because St. Peter's may be closed due to religious functions

The content is really boring, with no fault of the guide. He could have tried voice modulations though to make it a bit fun but I can understand his position on how softly you are supposed to speak inside the Vatican museum, so won’t blame him at all.

It was well-organised, but stil check-in procedure last some time and in the museums were a lot of people. We were with a 4-year old boy and it was difficult for us to follow the group. There were many steps and it lasted like forever to find the exit.

We had a great experience with Hilary! The meeting spot is the tour office next to a super delicious coffee shop. Small walk to the Vatican and there’s a bathroom break before we began! We toured the museums with a nice guided tour and toured the Sistine Chapel. We got about 20 minutes to enjoy inside the chapel unguided (it’s a quiet zone). Then you walk to the Basilica and the tour ends. We had a wonderful few hours and we highly recommend it! Easy quick and fun!
