Learn how to make the authentic and tiramisu and gelato from a professional chef in Rome city center. Meet your friendly local foodie at the meeting point. 
First you’ll be introduced into the world of gelato, tasting several amazing flavors and learning about the difference between ice cream and gelato. Learn the importance of choosing quality ingredients with an eye to fresh ingredients and organically produced food.
Then you’ll be provided with an apron and get ready to make your own tiramisu, under the supervision of a chef. This lesson will take approximately 1.5 hours and will be taken in the kitchen of a real tiramisu shop owned by a professional chef. 

You will also learn how to make water-based gelato (Italian artisan sorbet) with fresh seasonal fruit.

At the end of the lesson you'll have samples of different versions of tiramisu and you'll receive the recipes to make gelato again when back home.
