Take a photo tour on board a vintage Fiat 500. Admire unique views of the Eternal City, from the city's most famous monuments right down to the best-hidden corners of the ancient city, and end your day tasting gastronomic delicacies at Eataly!
What to Expect
Enjoy a funny and unusual tour on board a vintage Fiat 500 car with a personal driver: you will depart from Piazza della Repubblica to discover the EUR district, one of the most beautiful and lesser-known Roman neighborhoods! The EUR was designed in 1930s by Mussolini's architects to celebrate the twenty-year anniversary of Fascist regime. But because of the outbreak of the Second World War, the project was stopped and the district only completed many years later for the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960.
During this wonderful tour, you will visit the external of the most imposing buildings in the area, such as the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, also known as the "Colosseo Quadrato" (square Colosseum), the Museum of the Roman Civilization, the Palazzo dei Congressi, and the Saints Peter and Paul Basilica. You will be marveled at the distinct architecture, characterized by elements of "Italian Rationalism," Neoclassicism, and Metaphysical art. You'll have all the time to take memorable pictures of these stunning buildings, together with your vintage Fiat 500 car.
After the 2-hour photo tour, your driver will lead you to Eataly, the most exceptional and tasty food hall in Rome. It is placed inside a former rail station modified just to host it. Eataly is composed of 4 floors rich of taste, flavor, olfactory experiences, restaurants, wine bar, a pizzeria, and a supermarket offering the best eno-gastronomic products of Italy.
At Eataly, you can indulge yourself in tasting the most savory and unusual products from the different Italian regions, from Sicily to the Aosta Valley. Among the many delicacies, remember to taste the excellent Buffalo mozzarella produced in the Eataly food laboratory.
