It was great, everything worked out, no delays, the pizza was also absolutely delicious, make sure to book it. We also had a small tour of Naples and were still on the "balcony" of Naples, here we could get out and take photos of the view. Here we were already explained in German what we were seeing, etc. When we arrived in Pompeii everything went quickly because we didn't have to queue, we were 4 Germans and had a small group, that was great, the manager answered all of our questions Can explain and showed us a lot, we were in Pompeii for a total of 2 hours. Then we went back to the bus, which was also parked just around the corner. We also had a stop on the way there and back at a motorway service station, where we could buy something to eat and go to the toilet. We didn't have any intrusive sales shows or anything like that. All in all it was a really nice day, Pompeii is very worth seeing, definitely do it

    Terrible !

It was a terrible program! Despite buying the tour in Portuguese, they put us on a French bus with the guide who spoke little English. The tire punctured even before leaving the rendezvous! We had to go to the garage to change buses. Many elderly people with bags and walking difficulties wanted to go to the toilet and did not have the second bus, we had to stop at a bar to be able to go to the toilet. We left Rome over 1 hour late! The whole route was spoken only French, the whole explanation of the Park in Pompeii was given in French! When we got there, the guide Alessia gave us a very bad audio guide and marked a meeting point at the end. Summary: We got lost, we left the park without realizing it, because it is not well signposted. We had to take a taxi and get back to the bus parking lot! A chaos! A day to forget !! Not worth buying in Portuguese, as there is no such option in practice! We spent € 535.00 (4 people) which were not worth it! I do not recommend!
