Everything was perfect, I arrive in Rio and already waiting me. I wait only driver for 5 minutes. But that's no problem. Only I was hoping driver speaks bit English then I could speak, but he didn't. Maybe next time will speak! But the rest was perfect! Thanks a lot!

We were worried that the extra time to reclaim our baggage would be a problem but it wasn't. We were greeted by the agent who showed us ATMs and toilets before taking us to the transfer car. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Company contact at airport was easy to finf amongst the crowd through a clear sign (with my name), and being to call by mobile, if necessary (having said that, many other drivers were trying to 'catch' me!)
