What People Are Saying About Reykjavik
Worthwhile for a estimated 2/10, but turned out to be a 4/10 so better than anticipated.
Fantastic trip. As described and we lucked out as the sea was flat, the sky blue and the whales turned up to feed on the bait balls. The only thing they didn't do was leap out of the water but that's being stupid
The tour was extremely interesting for the first time. We saw a "few" whales and dolphins . . . The crew was very informative and friendly.
I very highly recommend it for those who aren't averse to some fairly hard riding (if it's your first time, it'll be harsh) on the ATVs - the views are Spectacular. The caving was easy and undemanding (a lava tube!) plus Hinrik made it feel utterly safe and fun. Was very Lucky to get him as guide. Awesome experience!
The tour company were extremely organised and very helpful. The tour was well timed and the sights are really amazing - worth the money. Unfortunately you don't get much more than 20 minutes at each location besides the lagoon where you maybe have 30 minutes out of the boat. I guess this is unavoidable considering the distance travelled. The tour guide was nice but often spoke for too long and didn't give very relevant or interesting information! Overall we were happy with the trip.
