Very beautiful building and well thought out in terms of traffic and sense of visit. Accessible on foot from Laugavegur taking its time (about 30min) very steep road! Wonders of Iceland is a nice exhibition with a beautiful scenography and a lot of technological discoveries, maybe a little too much scientific explanation (difficult to understand when English is not his mother tongue). The ice tunnel is nice but nothing really extraordinary, the film on the northern lights in the planetarium (in addition to this ticket) is very well done with a superb animation illustrating beliefs across ethnic groups. The panoramic restaurant is modern with a beautiful open view of the city and the surroundings with good value for money, there is also a 360 ° terrace on the 4th floor.

I enjoyed the exhibitions and found it really informative and interesting. However, would be nice to know that they offered a student discount, and that there are separate tickets for ice cave and aurora lights, before I made my booking. Also, would be nice if Perlan can consider putting a few chairs in the waiting area for the shuttle bus, or making the shuttle bus timings more regular, because we had to spend a really long time standing and waiting for the shuttle bus.

It was very informative with the storytelling of the history of Iceland and some of it was interactive with videos and buttons to press for further information. I really liked the ice cave that was a novelty as it was quite life like so now I don't need to go to the to see the real thing. Lastly the Planetarium was interesting enough specifically the part with the northern lights but this was separate and could have been included in the admission fee.
