Full description
Journey to Seljalandsfoss waterfall where you get the chance to walk behind the 60-meter fall. There will definitely be drizzle behind the breathtaking waterfall, so put on your rain gear and get your cameras ready! The adventure continues at Skógarfoss waterfall, a powerful 60-meter drop from what used to be coastline. You can enjoy the beautiful view from above after running up the 527 steps that lead to the top. Skógarfoss was a filming location for the Secret Life of Walter Mitty and Thor: The Dark World as well as several music videos. On the iconic black sand beach discover magnificent basalt columns as well as the rock pillars named Reynisdrangar. Be sure to watch out for the unpredictable sneaker waves while enjoying the magical view of the beach and Dyrhólaey cliffs in the distance. Between June and August you can enjoy the company of hundreds of puffins that like to nest in the columns. Last but not least, get geared up with the necessary safety equipment to hike up one of Iceland's most scenic glaciers on the South Coast, where you can see the fast melting ice formations and learn about the ancient geology and environmental importance of this area.

Our tour guide, Jo un (sorry, idk how to spell his name; he is from Portugal) was very knowledgeable and very funny. He makes the whole day trip so much fun. He also have us learned about the name and the meaning of each place we were going. He also made sure over and over that we’re safe on the glacier hike, and we’re happy: enjoying it. We also get to try the Viking pushups haha. I’d love to take another tour with him next time.

Maggie was amazing! She was fun, informative and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible day. She was courteous and thoughtful. She gave you extra time when you needed it, carried your water bottles for convenience, stayed longer to help you enjoy the activities and even dropped you off as close to your hotel or restaurant after. we enjoyed getting to know the country w/ her. & enjoyed every minute of the excursion. So far best part of our Iceland vacation. Thank you!!!

It was an awesome, once in a lifetime experience for me! Helgli the guide/ bus driver was superb, professional, and thorough. I must caution travelers, you need to be FIT. Fit enough to climb 300+ stairs and fit enough to climb and hike for 3 hours. There's no turning back once the activity has started.
