Booked as a same day transfer to my hotel. I arrived, checked in at the desk, and had a short wait. The driver met us at the waiting point and promptly escorted us to the van and dropped us off in front of our hotels. Small group and about 4 hotel before I was dropped off. No complaints, excellent service.

The staff at the airport were very helpful. They let me know that they were almost sold out for the day we were leaving Iceland and helped me book a couple of tickets from our hotel to the airport. They also held my credit card and got it back to me when I accidentally left it at their airport counter. This is such a time saving convenient option I can easily recommend it to everyone.

The booking was for 6 am. The bus arrived at 5.40 - I had overlooked the small print requesting us to be ready 30 mins earlier and felt embarrassed to have kept other passengers waiting. The hotel manager had to be woken to contact us. I must stress that the driver was pleasant and helpful throughout. I think the system needs refining - it is unreasonable to expect holiday makers to get up 30 mins earlier than the booking at such an early hour. If the system can't be changed it needs to be a lot clearer on the ticket.
