Having done the Cartagena city tour before this, our expectations were pretty high. But Santa Marta is a little smaller and has less to offer. The gold museum was really wonderful, I enjoyed learning about the history. The Quinta San Pedro was a little overrated. Lunch in Taganga Bay was fantastic. Overall, would recommend.
