Meet at the Barbaro Asador de Campo restaurant and experience a one-of-a-kind, rural distillery in México.
Walk to the orchard and discover the different kinds of agave which are used to make agave spirits in the mezcal factory at Oaxaca. Learn how the agave is transformed into delicious drinks and the history behind the spirits, the brand, and the importance of Mexican traditions during the process.
Next, head into the cellar and try 3 different mezcals and 1 agave gin, accompanied by a delicious Quesillo cheese to complement the experience.
