What people are saying about Queenstown
Great journey on the Earnslaw, such a shame that it rained all day. I did try to defer to the next day but this was not very flexible due to less than 24 hours notice. Animal farm was great - would have been more enjoyable on a dry day of course. The afternoon tea was quite average ; old scones & low quality confectionery jam, plus full of sparrows pooping everywhere & eating the food!
The trip was amazing, the scenery spectacular and the captain of the boat was very knowledgeable. It was raining although the rain stopped before the trip ended but the added rain made the waterfalls spectacular and getting so close to them in the boat was awesome. You do need a raincoat and insect repellant but the trip is sooo worth taking. Beautiful NZ.
We really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide, Joel, was friendly and funny. It was informative and complete with visual aids from the movie. And we were allowed to go where other tour companies weren't allowed to go, which was a plus. Highly recommend.
Would highly recommend this tour - our guide Wayne was awesome, great commentary and facts along the way and we stopped at many beautiful and unique locations. The highlight was Arrowtown! Beautiful quaint town with plenty of history and stores.
We had an awesome day with AwesumNZ.our driver Paulie was excellent, gave great commentaries, kept us up to date whole way.saw things that would have missed if not on the tour.Had a great trip both bus and boat.Highly recommend
