Fantastic airport transfer - we used Nikolay twice!
Nikolay provided a fantastic airport transfer service. He met us at arrivals with a sign, then waited while we withdrew cash and bought a SIM card. Very comfortable vehicle and smooth ride, with some guided commentary en route. He let us wait in his vehicle until our AirBnB host arrived. He was so good we booked him on the spot for our return journey a few days later!
Easy transfers from/to the St. Petersburg, Russia Airport
Driver was there when I landed with an easy to read sign. Helped with my bags, pointed out interesting sites on the way to the hotel. and was very nice. Pick up service was also on time, but the driver thought seat belts were for other people, so he buckled his behind his back while he drove. Efficient transportation.
Easy to book, communication prior to flight was good with an email containing details of what to do on arrival and also what to do if you were delayed. Nikolay was very friendly, and we had an interesting and topical conversation on our drive to our destination and learnt something about St. Petersburg.
It was so nice to be met with a big smile from Ellen our driver . She was waiting for us at arrival hall . A clean and comfortable drive to our hotel , 35 minutes in rush hour traffic, Ellen was calm and careful . I would definitely recommend this service . Anne
Pick up went perfect. Our driver was waiting with our full name so we didn't have to worry. She spoke pefect English and during our journey give us invaluable advice for our stay including small phrases we could use. Excellent, a credit to your business.
