What People Are Saying About Puerto Vallarta
Such a great group of people who work there! Very friendly! Very helpful! Food was amazing! Will do this again!
Plain and simple: restaurants are very different in Mexico than they are in the US. What I loved about going on this food tour is the amount of "street" food we got to try along with visiting traditional restaurants and stores. I think it's better to go on a local tour (our guide Ricardo was excellent) than to try to explore on your own. Being a shy American, I probably wouldn't have gone up to a taco cart and bought something. I loved Concepcion's tuba water! I wish we had something like that in the US, but I will just have to go back to Vallarta!
No better way to get a feel and taste of the local food and people. Just thought this was a great tour.
This was a lot of fun. I was a bit anxious at first, but after the first short run I felt comfortable. The guides made it fun. I think the photos and DVD are quite pricey and did not purchase either for that reason. I think more people would purchase them if they were a more reasonable price.
