El Nido to Puerto Princesa van transfer

Join share van was not explain well prior to the trip. Should have been informed well and given the choices if want private transfer. Crowded and take so long picking up passengers from different places. I was charged more than the actual rate collected to each passenger. Lousy, lousy services. We were not happy of the trip at all!!! You are sub-contracting to this van without considering the flight schedule we have to take. I feel we are taking advantage by your agency. You could have let us know especially when you are new. Not good practices of taking advantage of new tourist! I will not recommend this agency. Only after of the commission not considering how the we feel.
