Great activity. All went fine. We had an amazing day, sunny and beautiful. Definitely a challenge hiking but worth it. Both guides Melissa and Sebastian were great and they did a great job. Impressive views. Better to think twice to hike up due to any physical condition. Torres del Paine is a must thing to visit.

Full description

Go a full-day 18 km trek and discover the breathtaking scenery leading to the granite pillars of Torres del Paine National Park, including the Lake Nordenskjöld and the Almirante Nieto Mountain.

Pick up at your accommodation between 6:15 6:45 in Puerto Natales and drive towards Torres del Paine National Park, your trek starts at the gateway just before Hotel Las Torres beginning with a downhill walk towards the Valle del Ascencio, until reaching El Chileno Mountain Lodge.

The trial continues through a Millenial Lenga forest until the base of the rock formation where you will begin the challenging ascent to the base of Torres del Paine for panoramic views of Torre Sur, Torre Central, Torre Norte and Cerro Nido de Cóndor.

Once you are done sightseeing and enjoying the beauty that Torres Del Paine has to offer, walk down to Hotel Las Torres. From there which you can relax and rest your legs as you are driven back to the hotel in Puerto Natales around 21:00 – 21:30 hrs.

We liked the trip. It was a great way to see the main Torres del Paine highlight on a hike. The hike is challenging and given the time constraints, one has to expect to adapt to steady pace of ascent and descent of the group. There are some pit stops on the way up and relax time at the destination, but on the way down it's a bit less generous for stopping so make sure you take photos on the way up rather than down. Choose this tour if you want to have a convenience of transport and friendly guides taking care of all planning and timing, just be prepared not to have the same freedom as on a hike without guide. Melissa and Sebastian were friendly guides!
