    4. Puerto Morelos: Snorkel Trip with Lunch

Located just a 15 minute drive from Cancun, Puerto Morelos is a paradise for snorkelers, with the second largest barrier reef in the world located right off the beach. The reef is home to many different species of fish and colorful corals waiting to be explored. We pick you up from your hotel in the Cancun and Riviera May areas, and drive you to the reef location. Then, you’ll have 80 minutes to explore the underwater world around you with our snorkeling gear. After snorkeling, you can take some time to wander the charming town of Puerto Morelos or just relax on the beach. You can also enjoy lunch at Boquinete, one of Puerto Morelos’ top rated restaurants, located right by the beach.

Had a great time w the locals in Puerto Morelos. Our guide was easy too comprehend and his instructions was easy too follow and he made sure too keep us together. He also told us a lot of great info about the 2nd largest reef in the world. • From Cancun or Riviera Maya: Selvatica Jungle Zip Line Tour

    5. From Cancun or Riviera Maya: Selvatica Jungle Zip Line Tour

Begin your tour with pickup in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, or Tulum. Hop in the shuttle bus and head to the Selvatica jungle zip line park. Alternatively, choose an option without pickup and make your own way to the park. Once there, take an adrenaline-pumping ride on 10 world-class zip lines. Unleash your primal Tarzan yell on the zip line coaster, Tarzania, the ultimate jungle ride. At the end of the circuit, you'll find the Aqua-zip. This zip line is optional, so you decide if you want to finish dry or get soaked. After your zip line experience, jump in a special safari truck and be transported to a private for cenote for a swim. A cenote is a naturally formed water hole and is the perfect way to freshen up and relax. The tour lasts for approximately 3.5 hours and concludes with drop-off at your starting location.

The local staff were friendly and accommodating - but you feel a bit rushed during the registration process, if you are running late, probably because they want to cram in as many into a single group! The facilities overall are well maintained and the safety features for the Zipline etc. are top notch ! We would not recommend eating there, you are better off taking a packed lunch.

  • Zip-Line and ATV Combo Tour

    6. Zip-Line and ATV Combo Tour

Experience a great zip-lining tour in a breathtaking eco park. There are six different zip-lines, four in the jungle and two in a cenote. Added to this is a fun ATV through the jungle, completing your adventure experience. Feel the adrenaline running through your veins as you begin with the circuit zip-line flying among the treetops moving around each of the 10 towers distributed over seven lines and two suspension bridges.  After a short break, enter the jungle driving powerful ATV motorcycles in the jungle of the Caribbean. This will be an unforgettable expedition in the jungle in a natural setting where you will see different flora and fauna.

Events were fine. You don’t get to let loose on the ATVs w/such large groups. Trails are narrow so it’s safer moving slower. A girl was injured in an ATV accident and the team had no first aid kit to deal with a deep wound. No first aid kit. No person on staff with medical knowledge. This is a fail considering the activities are all semi dangerous.

An absolutely incredible experience. Even if you snorkel with the giants for a few minutes, you have to accept many hours of travel (bus and speedboat). Nevertheless, an absolute recommendation !!!! From the boat we also saw dolphins and 2 turtles ... Then we swam in a beautiful bay on Isla Mujeres that is free of brown algae and then ate fresh ceviche, guacamole and nachos on the boat. It was really a great, unforgettable day! Many thanks to Carlos, Chicken and the captain!
