I bought this 12 hr plus tour as it was clearly stated it was a tour in was English! Forget about bilingual, the tour guide could not speak a word of English. I can’t speak Spanish. Throughout the 12 hour tour I had no idea where we were, why we stopped, how long we will dropped. Nothing. I had no idea if they were bathroom breaks or actual stops. The guide made commentary throughout the trip as listed, but in Spanish.Great for the Spanish speaking individual . They took pictures. Ooh and aahed. Me, I just looked at their faces. Within 30 minutes, I called the agency whose number was listed for tour to ask them what the hell was going on.This was suppose to be an English tour with a bilingual guide. They told me they will talk to the guide to make sure I can get my information, and then hung up. I could not get through to them after that. This is deceptive company who just wants to make a sale and GYG who sold me this ticket is still listing it as an English tour. Both fraudulent!

The tour is as described, both the mine and the ruins are very interested and can be visited with local English-speaking guides, the driver was extremely helpful and chatty and speaks various languages. The coach seats are a little uncomfortable.

Interesting to know the rural area and know its history, it is not a long visit but it is worth it.
