Overview
Visit Holašovice and Český Krumlov. You will get to know the part of the UNESCO Heritage, the town of Písek, you will be accomodated in the historical house built in the style of rural baroque and you will see the architectural jewel of Český Krumlov.
What to Expect
You will enjoy 3 full days of exploring the beautiful cities of the Czech Republic.

Day One

After pick-up you at your hotel at 8:30 am will head to the  city of Písek where you will enjoy a tour though the city and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant. The town of Písek first appeared in written history back in 1243, when its name was mentioned in a royal decree. However, the history of the place it self is much older. Lots of evidence was found that the surrounding area was inhabited by men tens of thousands of years ago.

Than move on to Chateau Hluboká where a guide will be waiting to tell you the main about history of the Chateau which was founded as a sentry castle in the middle of the 13th century by Bohemian kings, and as a royal property it was often put to pledge. Several noble houses has ruled the Chateau since its construction.

After the tour, go to the village of Holašovice which was inscribed on the UNESCO Heritage List in 1998. Here you will find your accommodation for the night and enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.

Day Two

After breakfast (around 9.00 am) you will travel to the beautiful city of Český Krumlov where your guide will show you the town's highlights and sight. Have lunch in a typical Czech restaurant and relish the opportunity to try Czech cuisine.

After a full-day tour through the lovely Český Krumlov, you will return to Holašovice. In the village you can enjoy a romantic horse riding or go to the nearby city of České Budějovice where you will have a dinner in local restaurant. 

Day Three

After breakfast (around 9.00 am), move to Rožmberk Castle for a tour with a local guide. Rožmberk Castle was constructed on the important trade route leading from Bohemia to the rich area of the Upper Danube region. The first German name of Roseberg in firstly mentioned in 1250 during the reign of Vaclav I.

After the tour, enjoy lunch and head to Saint Mountain near Příbram. Svatá Hora (Holy Mountain) near Příbram is an important Baroque area, which is formed by a system of cloisters with four chapels in the corners. Inside the church you can find a silver wrought main altar, built over the years since 1684, with a Gothic statue of Virgin Mary of Svatá Hora. The statue was crowned in 1732 by the auxiliary Bishop of Prague. After all exploring will travel back to Prague, arriving there around 18.30.
