Captain Cook Cruises Sunset Dinner Cruise in Fiji

1. Captain Cook Cruises Sunset Dinner Cruise in Fiji

This 3-hour Fijian dinner cruise aboard the luxurious twin-deck sailing catamaran Fini One takes you on a scenic sail past idyllic tropical islands, all set aglow by the setting sun. As you glide into the sunset, enjoy a BBQ dinner accompanied by fresh salads. For a real treat, choose the lobster upgrade to savor the essential taste of the Pacific: a whole local lobster chargrilled and served on the half shell with accompanying seasonal vegetables. Dinner is accompanied by tea and coffee, or feel free to treat yourself and order drinks from the onboard bar service (not included). After dinner, sit back and enjoy traditional Fijian entertainment, including a cultural show featuring talented local singers and musicians. As the horizon turns from sunset pink to deep blue twilight, watch the stars light up the sky and reflect on the water, the perfect way to end your evening cruise around Fiji’s picturesque Pacific islands.

Very enjoyable and well worth taking

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the Port where we boarded the Captain Cook boat while the staff played and sang music and when onboard we were given a champagne or juice, We were all sat at tables while the music played and the cruise began. Drinks were offered for purchase and the wonderful guide began to tell us all about the islands and where we were going. Although a very overcast and cloudy night, still managed a bit of a sunset. We were then taken in to the buffet to eat and the food was delicious. Then followed a show which not only all the staff (including the Captain) performed in doing local Fijian dancing and music, after we were all encouraged to get up and join in. Very enjoyable evening.

Food was overcooked, crew was great.

The crew was great - friendly, helpful and interested in giving everyone a good time. The food was the worst part. The steak and lobster were especially overcooked and difficult to eat (steak) or enjoy (lobster)
